Introduction to Lapidary.
Students will be introduced to the tools and methods of shaping semi-precious stones into cabochons suitable for setting in silver jewelry. Students will cut one cabochon from a selection of slab material which they may keep. The course is a single session of approximately three hours.. Class fee $90 and includes all materials and use of tools. This is a private lesson conducted at my home studio in Moorhead, MN. There are no prior requirements for taking this class.
